Before starting our infertility treatment as a couple with this clinic, we explored multiple other treatment centres across Europe, America and Asia. What made us go for this very clinic was their exceptionally professional and friendly approach. They offered a first free online consultation like many other clinics, but after talking to the team we decided to stay with them.
Our treatment took longer than expected due to Covid-19 travel restrictions but during this time, even though we didn’t pay any fee, the team remained in touch with us with good support and advice. All the required paperwork was done meticulously.
Eventually, we were able to travel and see them in person, in a very good modern, clean facility. The warmth with which they received us was more than what we paid for. We felt totally at home.
The team remained available at every step, advising us about medicines and keeping us updated.
We had a successful outcome of our treatment, at a much lower cost than many other quotes we received, and against all odds. We are very grateful to the entire team.
