The personal experience of Kate and Anton from Ireland

We spent almost a year researching IVF clinics in Europe. Having had consultations with a number of leading clinics, we contacted Newlife, Greece. From the very beginning, our consultation with Dr. Dovas and Chrysa felt much more comprehensive than what we had experienced with other clinics. The proposed treatment plan also felt like it had been tailored to our specific circumstances and test results. One thing that really stood out to us was when Dr. Dovas explained what was included in the treatment. We discovered one element, that other clinics charged extra for, which was included in the standard Newlife treatment. The way that Dr. Dovas described it was 'our goal and how Newlife measures success is live births, this part of the treatment gives you the best chance of a live birth, so why would we charge you extra.' We immediately knew we had found our clinic.

Throughout our treatment, the tailored approach continued. My medications were adjusted slightly after careful monitoring, which resulted in an egg collection far more successful than we could ever have imagined. All other appointments and procedures were seamless, and Anthi made sure we knew what to expect at all times. She was incredible!

IVF is stressful at the best of times, and travelling to a different country adds a layer of complexity. This definitely played on our minds. However, Chrysa and our dedicated patient coordinator Dora were amazing. Dora was in constant contact with us throughout the process, giving clear instructions and encouragement. It really took all the pressure off us. While they were always there if we had any additional questions, they generally pre-empted anything we might need, before we even had to ask. We cannot speak highly enough about Dora, and it was amazing to be greeted by her friendly face when we arrived.

The last and probably the most important thing to mention is the incredible patient care. From the reception team to the patient coordinators to the medical team, you really get the sense that they really care and are aligned with one purpose. They are genuinely invested in making your dreams a reality. We never felt like we were a number, and we never felt like we were just a paycheque. For us, they have made our dream a reality, and we are eagerly awaiting the birth of our first child. We have 16 weeks to go, and we are so grateful to everyone at Newlife that have made this possible.
