The personal experience of a Couple from United Kingdom

We have used a number of fertility clinics over the last 5 years, both overseas and Harley Street, and felt that the process was very impersonal. Newlife were the complete opposite being both friendly as well as professional. We had a point of contact with both telephone numbers and email so we could obtain answers to questions and obtain reassurance very quickly and those staff we dealt with spoke very good English which helped a lot. Would have no qualms about recommending them.
