When we decided to explore DE IVF in Europe, we met virtually with several clinics, but as soon as we had our first consult with Newlife we knew we’d found “the one” and signed up immediately! The initial consult was so thorough yet honest, and we felt comfortable immediately with Chrysa and the NL team. From that point on, all of our communications with our wonderful Patient Coordinator, Thaleia, were amazing! Even living in on the other side of the world in Australia, everything went so smoothly and the NL team were so responsive, no matter how crazy my late night questions were! Trying to coordinate travel dates from Australia was much less stressful than expected thanks to Thaleia, and our stay in Thessaloniki was incredible. We felt so cared for and part of the Newlife family as soon as we arrived for our first visit at the clinic, everyone was so warm and welcoming and put our minds at ease. After 4 years of IVF treatment in my home country, I’d never felt this comfortable and confident as I did with Newlife, my only regret is not finding them sooner. We’re so fortunate to have success on our very first transfer with NL, and cant thank the incredible team enough for making our dreams come true! We cannot recommend Newlife enough, the beautiful doctors, nurses and embryologists who took care of us will always have a special place in our hearts!
