We are from the U.S. and interviewed other clinics from different countries to decide the right clinic that we feel comfortable with. We needed to have genetic tests on embryos due to genetic abnormality, and I am over 40.

That made us worry about the process, but they always responded quickly and offered phone calls/video calls to answer our questions and explain to us whatever we wanted to know throughout the entire process.
